Michael Tellinger - UBUNTU A World Without Money

UBUNTU is based on the principle of everyone working 3 hours per week in their community. That's all! This is a VERY feasible movement that I hope everyone looks in to.
Michael Tellinger shares an extract from his full 2-hour presentation at the Global Breakthrough Energy (BEM) Conference in Holland. This is part of his continued research into the origins of humankind, the vanished civilisations of southern Africa, origins of money, fraudulent corporate governments and the banksters that control them.

"Let us move from a money driven society to self governing global communities driven by people and their passion for life and their god-given talents to create a world of abundance for all -- free from any restriction or hurdles to achieve what we want to achieve. We live on a planet of abundance. Let us discard the philosophy of scarcity which only benefits the few. Let us reclaim our planet, a world of abundance on all levels of our human endeavour. It is much easier than most will ever imagine. We are the 99 percent -- the planet does not belong to the governments, corporations or the banksters. Let us take her back.

The Amazing Power Of Quartz Crystals

Crystal Healing

If you are using a quartz crystal for healing, you will be directing its energies from the hand in which you are holding it onto the recipient's body and aura.  If you are using a double terminate quartz crystal, you may use either end to direct these energies.  Your crystal will activate and amplify its life force energies and will transmit these energies to whomever you are using them on.
According to Dr. Richard Gerber, “With a properly cut crystal, however, a healer can, like a surgeon cutting away a tumor, release negative patterns in the energy body, allowing the physical body to return to a state of wholeness.”

“An interesting revelation which can be made on the basis of this material is the fact that human beings are, to some extent, living crystals. Certain aspects of the human energy system have the same transformational properties as natural quartz crystals."
"When one uses natural quartz crystals to heal the body, energy transference occurs partly because of a resonance effect between the quartz crystal and those cellular crystal systems with quartz-like properties."
"These same biocrystalline elements amplify certain aspects of the life-force in special energy circuits that run throughout the body. Biocrystalline systems are intimately involved with mediating the input of higher vibrational energies into the body.”

Chakra Clearing

You can use your quartz crystal to cleanse, open, activate, and align all seven chakras, and while many people will use a specific gemstone for each chakra, you can use your quartz crystal to do the same. Quartz crystal is commonly associated with the crown chakra, so even if you decide to use various gemstones for each chakra, you may still be using your quartz crystal on your crown chakra.
You may also want to try placing a double terminated quartz crystal in between any 2 given chakras to help clear any imbalances.  When doing this, be sure to have the points pointing from one chakra to the other.

How McDonald’s Evades Info on Ingredients

A bit of curiosity had me doing a quick search on Google for “chicken mcnuggets ingredients”. The first item listed was, 'What are the ingredients of your Chicken McNuggets? : McDonald’s'. The website belongs to McDonald’s, so I clicked on it.
The page on McDonald’s website showed the question stated again, followed by what purports to be the answer:
Thank you for your question. McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets are made from 100% chicken breast meat.
Hmmm … Back in my less aware days, I’d eaten that stuff, and therefore suspected that there was something inaccurate about the statement. So, I continued reading:
However, as a percentage of the total recipe when the batter, seasoning and oil to cook the nuggets are taken into account, chicken meat constitutes 45% of the total Chicken McNugget, the other ingredients account for the additional 55%. You can find full ingredients information by clicking ‘Ingredient List’, which is in the ‘Food’ section of www.mcdonalds.co.uk.

Chicken McNuggets:

EITHER: Chicken (45%), Coating [Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sunflower), Wheat Flour, Water (8%), Maize Flour, Modified Starch, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Whey Powder (from Milk), Flavour Enhancer (Potassium Chloride), Egg Albumen (Free Range Egg), Ground Pepper, Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Dextrose, Ground Celery], Water (7%), Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed, Sunflower), Natural Flavouring (from Free Range Egg), Flavour Enhancer (Potassium Chloride).
OR: Chicken Breast Meat (43%) Water, Flours (Wheat, Maize), Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Rapeseed), Wheat Semolina, Starches, Modified Starch, Flavourings (contains Gluten), Dried Glucose Syrup, Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour, Salt), Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Mono-Calcium Phosphate), Potassium Chloride, Spices (Pepper, Celery), Salt, Sugar, Celery Extract. Prepared in the restaurants using a non-hydrogenated vegetable oil

Notice that the original statement saying that Chicken McNuggets are all breast meat and that the meat is 45% of the total may not be true. Apparently, McDonald’s has two recipes for McNuggets, but they don’t tell us how to know which one you’ll be getting. If you get the first option, you do get the previously claimed 45% of chicken, but nothing to indicate that it’s breast meat. If you get the second option, you get only 43% chicken, but it is breast meat.
From there, it gets even more confusing. In the first option, it’s made to look like the coating consists of the rest of the ingredients. However, closer inspection reveals otherwise. Notice the bracket [ immediately after the word "Coating". The coating ingredients are only those specified within the beginning and ending brackets, like so: [ingredient1, ingredient2, ... ].
That leaves us to see that the meat also includes 7% water, potato starch, vegetable oil, natural flavoring (which is anything but natural), and potassium chloride as a flavor enhancer. Doesn’t that sound yummy?

Does the first version look like it actually contains 45% meat? No, it does not.
The second option, the one with 43% meat, just mixes the ingredients up. Unsurprisingly, they include a bunch of chemicals and we have no idea how much is in the meat or how much is in the coating, though it probably doesn’t matter, unless you order the stuff and throw over half of it away!
So, though technically McDonald’s abides by the law and provides a list of ingredients, they certainly don’t make it easy. They also try to slip away from it by throwing up the “nutrition” label. The information on those is a farce, as I discuss in Nutrition Labels Are a Bad Joke, Designed to Mislead, Not to Inform. Just remember that nutrition labels do not tell you what chemicals have been added.
It’s up to you, of course, to decided whether to eat the stuff that McDonald’s calls food—but you won’t get me to touch something passed off as food when the seller doesn’t even want me to know what’s in it!

Cocoa frog and lilliputian beetle among 60 new species found in Suriname

Sixty species new to science, including a chocolate-coloured frog and a tiny dung beetle less than 3mm long, have been discovered by scientists in Suriname.
An expedition of scientists spent three weeks in 2012 exploring an area of rivers, mountains and rainforest in the south-eastern region of Suriname that has "virtually no human influence". The Conservation International team found 11 new species of fish, one new snake, six new frogs and a host of new insects in the South American country.
Dr Trond Larsen, one of the field biologists, said they were particularly surprised by the number of frogs. "With many frog species rapidly disappearing around the globe, we were surprised and uplifted to discover so many frogs potentially new to science, including a stunningly sleek 'cocoa' tree frog," he said.
